In the movie Aeon Flux, the actress playing Aeon, though having to go through training and do so many stunts, twisted her ankle walking down the stairs with heels in the beginning of the movie.

this is my favorite: Full Metal Jacket

the “Gunny” did his thing from experience as a drill instructor in the USMC in real life.

in the scene where they are practicing the rifle manuals and Leonard places his rifle on his left instead of his right –

the Gunny slaps him for real, no script no notice, to remind him where his left and right is. everybody was stunned but continued.

the scene is even more enjoyable once you know the truth.

ok, here is one out of left field:

do you remember The Shining and Indiana Jones? two all time great movies, right?

ok, do you remember the room in The Shining where Jack Nicolson typed on the typewriter? Do you remember the snake pit in Indiana Jones?

Well, that is the same room! They were shot back to back in the same sound stage, and The Shining had to hurry filming so that they could change it from the hotel room to the snakepit so that Harrison Ford could film Indiana Jones.
